Kritzy works with third-party fulfilment and shipping partners to deliver orders to our customers. We share the order and delivery information needed to process and ship your purchase.

UAE delivery

For eligible UAE destinations, our current shipping option is:

Standard delivery: AED 25 for order below 250 AED and free for above 250 AED
Estimated delivery time: Depends on product to product. Range from 5-20 days
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided after your order has been dispatched

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by supplier processing, carrier delays, public holidays, weather, incorrect address details, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order processing

Orders are prepared for fulfilment after the order has been confirmed and any required payment approval is complete. Orders may be fulfilled by a third-party supplier and may ship separately if they contain products from different fulfilment partners.

Supplier processing time: You can find out during the checkout and it varies based on supplier.

For made-to-order pieces, production takes 5–15 calendar days depending on design, followed by 1–5 days for shipping.

Delivery address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details. Delays or additional delivery charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking and delivery delays

Tracking information will be shared when it becomes available. If your order is delayed or the tracking information has not updated, contact us at support@kritzy.ae with your order number.

If there is a significant delay or change to your order, we will provide an update where possible.

International shipping

For international orders, delivery times, shipping rates, customs requirements, import duties, and other charges may vary by destination. Any applicable customs or import charges are included in the displayed shipping price / payable by the customer.
