These Terms of Service apply when you access kritzy.ae or purchase from Kritzy. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory rights available under applicable UAE consumer-protection law.

About Kritzy

Kritzy is the trading name of Kritzy L.L.C-FZ, an online women’s fashion retailer registered at Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Products and availability

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly because of screens, lighting, photography and manufacturing. Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted. Some products may be printed, personalised or made to order; this will be stated on the relevant product page.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in AED unless another currency is shown. Applicable taxes, delivery charges and other charges are disclosed before payment. Payment must be authorised by the chosen payment provider. Kritzy may correct an obvious pricing or listing error before accepting an order and will provide a full refund if payment was already collected and the order cannot be fulfilled.

Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. Kritzy may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, the order appears fraudulent, delivery is unavailable or information supplied is incomplete or inaccurate. If Kritzy cancels a paid order, the amount due will be refunded to the original payment method.

Delivery

Kritzy currently delivers only within the United Arab Emirates. Standard delivery is AED 25 for orders below AED 200 and free for orders of AED 200 or more, calculated after discounts and before delivery charges. Full timing, tracking and delivery conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Returns, refunds and cancellations

Eligibility, time limits, exclusions and the procedure for cancelling or returning an order are explained in our Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy. Made-to-order, personalised and print-on-demand products may have different return conditions, except where defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Customer responsibilities

You must provide accurate billing, contact and delivery information and use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit fraudulent orders or misuse Kritzy content or intellectual property.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Kritzy name, branding, original artwork, photographs, text and website content are owned by or licensed to Kritzy L.L.C-FZ. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without prior written permission.

Third-party services

The website may use third-party services for hosting, payments, fulfilment, delivery and other functions. Those providers may apply their own terms and privacy notices. Kritzy remains responsible for its obligations to customers under applicable law.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kritzy is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer remedies.

Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated from time to time, with the revised version posted on this website. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Courts or competent dispute-resolution bodies in the UAE will have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
